The Delta North chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has at its Leaders and Stakeholders elaborate meeting held today at Kwale , Ndokwa west LGA, Delta State has express Confidence on the emergence of Chief Ben ONWUKA as Acting Chairman of the party at the senatorial district .
In his inaugural speech, the Delta State chapter of the All Progressive Congress through it State Deputy Chairman Mr Elvis Ayomanor appreciated the Delta North Leader's role of Unity that produced Chief Ben to take over the party affairs. Added that the unity seen amongst members is a clear indication of Victory ahead of the 2023 Election.
Addressing Party Faithful during the meeting Dr Cairo Ojougboh, immediate past Acting Executive Director of Project NDDC noted that the era of imposition has gone, he pointed out that with the Unity amongst Leaders/Stakeholders of the Delta North no Leader from another quarter will be allowed to choose any candidates for us he said.
In an earlier address, the senatorial chairman, Chief Ben Onwuka admonished party faithful in the district to throw away sentiments and always put the interest of the party on the front line as it will better the unity amongst members which is an imperative factor in preparing the party for success
Speaking further, Chief (Dr) Ojougboh advocated on the need for all to admit loyalty and faithfulness to the party, “I am convinced that with your loyalty and faithfulness the party (APC) in Delta North and of course the state will harvest electoral victories in future elections as the best time to take over Government from PDP is now.
The former (speaker) DTHA Rt Hon Victor Ochei, enjoined party faithful to always support progressive ideas aimed at enhancing the electoral fortunes of the party, adding that the forthcoming congresses require unity of purpose, so that nobody from any other district will determine the results of the exercise he noted.
