The attention of the Delta State Executive Committee of the All Progressives Congress APC has been drawn to an online vanguard publication, credited to Barr. Felix Morka, the Supposed National Publicity Secretary of our great party.

Firstly, it must be put on record that Barr. Felix Morka was only presenting his personal opinion as an individual and an Aide to the Deputy President of the Senate and not in an official capacity on behalf of the National Working Committee of the party.

Secondly, it will be recalled that in the communique issued by the State Executive Committee of the party, on the 31st of March 2023, among other offences of Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, it was alleged that he single handedly handpicked Barr. Felix Morka, one of his legislative Assistants to be the National Publicity Secretary, without consulting with any of the party leaders in the state. A position zoned to Delta State APC.

This irresponsible, overbearing and unethical attitude exhibited by Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, as a result of the undue privileges accorded him as the Deputy Senate President by the national leadership of the party, contributed greatly to the Abysmal performances of the party, as his Aide Barr. Felix Morka does not posses the capacity and capability to run that office.

In the first place, Mr Felix Morka, apart from not being capable to handle the office of the National Publicity Secretary of our party, he is also a PDP mole operating in disguise.

Mr. Felix Morka has been on Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa's payroll since 2012, divulging classified APC information to Dr. Okowa all along.

If Felix Morka is bold enough, let him come out and deny this fact. This is the reason Felix Morka could not campaign for our presidential candidate during the just concluded presidential election.

Mr. Morka could not campaign against the PDP since his paymaster, Dr. Okowa, was the Vice Presidential Candidate of the PDP.

Mr. Felix Morka should come out and show to the world, any evidence of him campaigning for the APC in the just concluded general elections.

We all recall the role The Honorable Minister Lai Mohammed played in the 2015 general elections as the National Publicity Secretary. Mr. Lai Mohammed virtually took on the PDP and brought them on their knees, his doggedness and resilience, saw us defeating an incumbent president, to take over power from the PDP in 2015.

Barr. Felix Morka should tell the party the role he played as the National Publicity Secretary in this 2023 general elections.

I repeat, Mr. Morka is not only incapable of manning the office of the National Publicity Secretary, he's also a PDP mole working for Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, the Executive Governor of Delta State, whom he has been under his payroll since 2012.

Ordinarily, one would expect that by now, Barr. Felix Morka should be hiding his face in shame, since his plot, to ensure that the party and our presidential candidate's image was not properly laundered and managed , ended up in futility, as our ever ready and dogged campaign spokesman, Chief Festus Keyamo,(SAN) was up to the task and did us all proud.

We are therefore calling on the APC National Working Committee (NWC) to investigate the activities of Barr. Felix Morka as alleged and appropriate disciplinary measures be meted on him as provided for in our party constitution

If Barr. Felix Morka, claims he is not an accomplice in the anti-party activities of his boss Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, or that he's not a PDP mole in APC, then let him do the following:

(1) Barr. Felix Morka, should be bold enough to tell the party and the public, that he was not one of Senator Ovie Omo-Agege's Senior Legislative Aides, and that he was not single handedly handpicked by his boss against the wishes of the leaders and members of the party here in Delta State.

(2) Barr. Morka, should come out and deny not being under Governor Okowa's payroll since 2012.

(3), Mr. Morka should prove to the party and the public, if he ever campaigned for our presidential candidate, against the PDP, where his paymaster Dr. Okowa contested as the Vice Presidential Candidate.

(4), Mr. Morka should tell the party leadership why he should not be expelled for anti-party activities along side his boss, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege.

Barr. Morka is therefore by this publication warned to be guided, as he has no authority whatsoever to present his personal opinion in defence of his boss's anti-party activities, as if he is writing in an official capacity on behalf of the national leadership of the party.
